- Third: working indicator light is on, but the current and voltage does not move
Solution: Check the current limiting constant and steady flow pressure limiting knob is adjusted to the lowest position, the limiting regulator, steady flow pressure limiting plating process according to claim rotary knob to the appropriate position.
- Fourth: during working, it suddenly has no current output, but working indicator light is good
Solution: Check the connection from the power output to the plating bath line is disconnected, replace or reconnect the cable.
- Fifth: during working, the rectifier is suddenly has no current output, protection indicator light flashes
Solution:
Case 1: check the environment temperature is too high, if the fan is working properly. Exclude fan failure, improved ventilation;
Case 2: determine whether the instantaneous overcurrent protection, according to the boot process to reboot, power supply is working.
Case 3: the input voltage is normal, whether the overvoltage, undervoltage, whether the three-phase input phase; after the exclusion of distribution line power failure, according to the boot process to reboot.
