The product adopts IGBT inverter soft switch rectifier technology, is mainly as finish electroplating rectifier power supply of all kinds of metal and nonmetal (like electroplating zinc, nickel, chrome and titanium etc), it can also be used as electrolytic rectifier power supply, general anodizing power supply and DC heating supply etc.

- With 1-5 stage constant current slow rising and slow descending stage number control, every stage oxidation current and time can be set respectively
- Real-time record process parameters and curve of current, voltage, anodizing time and bath temperature etc
- Can store or withdraw 5 sets of process parameters, shorten machining and programming time
- Can be connected with computer through RS485 communication interface, or store by U disk then restore to computer, it is convenient for clients to keep file and analyze product process quality of oxidation parts
- Iron core of rectification transformer adopts good quality super microcrystalline material, no-load loss less than 2%, which is 4-5%, electric-saving comparing with common on-off rectification transformer
- Remote control operation box: remote operation control cabinet can be choose according to customer’s situation on site, hose and remote control cabinet are placed separately, on-site operation is more convenient, anti-corrosion protection of increased greatly
- Ultra small size and weight, size is just 1/5-1/8 of silicon controlled rectifier, weight is 1/20-1/40 of silicon controlled rectifier
