The product adopts 6-pulse or 12-pulse thyristor automatic reversing rectifier and mainly used as reversing rectifier power supply reversing rectification power supply to electroplate finish of all kinds of metal and nonmetal (like electroplating hard chrome and electrolytic oil-removal etc.)
- Operntion mode: local/remote operation mode can be chosen
- Operntion control mode: constant current/constant voltage output control mode can be chosen
- Operntion reversing mode: thyristor contactless reversing, one time reversing and automatically periodic reversing
- Soft start time: Working time of soft start can be set between 0-200s
- Constant current/constant voltage control accuracy: ≤±1%
- Rectifier mode: thyristor phase-shifting voltage regulation and rectifier

- Communication means: CAN BUS, PROFIBUS, ETHERNET, RS485 and RS232 optical fiber communication can be chosen to realize remote control or monitor according to customers’requirements
- Rectification transformer adopts three-core five-column structure, iron core uses good quality oriented silicon steel sheet, transformer coil are all copper, no-load loss less than 2%, 8-10%power-saving comparing with common three-phase three column rectification transformer
- Remote control operation box: remote operation control cabinet can be chosen according to customer’s situation on site, hose and remote control cabinet are placed separately, the on-site operation is more convenient, anti-corrosion protection of host increased greatly
