Introduction:
As ABS or Hardware Plating production line request very high precision and high quality on filter equipment, Normal filter machine can’t match the best result, especially the Acid cooper and nickel process, if these two process not good, the whole production will not good. So our newest Filter series SLC is special filter for Acid and Nickel process.

- The high precision and high quality filtering result, lead to the best plating quality.
- The filtering machine can save the liquid chemical, suppose clients need clean the tank one time each month, by our filter machine, only need clean one time two month.
- It will never blocked even adding 4kg carbon powder. The flow can still reach 20m3/h.
- The whole treatment of the carbon powder only need 3min, then can be recycling the liquid without any leakage.
- After exchange the filter cartridge or plates, only need 10-20sec to release the air.
- Using the configuration protection switch or use the buckle switch.

The filter housing is one-shape injection, without welding. It is made from PP/Acrylic.
- We use the leak-proof Seal-less Magnetic pump( MDH, Series), it can totally avoid the problems of dry running leakage and environment pollution.
- Filter cartridge or filter paper disk can be replaced easy. Items. The material of the pump is PVDF or FRPP. The Material of O-ring is VITON or EPT. Inlet and Outlet of PVC or PP screw joint or hard pipe or nipple.
- Filter media can be replaced conveniently.
